Sorry to bother you in your personal journal, but I didn't necessarily want to post these in the community since you are still in the planning stages what to do regarding the animation.

Here are a few banners I whipped up to somewhat represent the same style that you use in the community, but I just slapped in a few animated icons I've made recently to show you how they could look. I'll also post the icons themselves so you can see how the animation translates into the banner. If this is something you want, you can make the banners for the animation and just leave the space blank for the animated icon and I should be able to just put it in.


Let me know if this is still something you'd be interested in, and if you'd like me to make the banners for at least the first few contests, I'd be happy to do so.

By all means, my email address works out perfectly!

Basically, with the banners, if you make them with everything there except the actual icon, along with one example of the still banners so I know where to place the icon within the banner, the rest is pretty simple. Then I can email them back to you to post.

I saw that in [info]dream_icontest someone suggested you getting a co-mod for the community. I would also be happy to volunteer my services.

I would probably not enter any more contests due to conflict of interest, but that's very much ok. I've been around LJ consistently for more than 5 years, so I'm pretty dependable.

No pressure at all, just thought I'd offer. Good luck with your computer issues!

Thank you, [info]allistra! But I will miss your icons at contest (I think that it isn't a problem if the co-mod enter some challenges too)!
And at this moment it will be ok if I'll run the contest for myself, cause it's really great pleasure for me. However I will keep you in my mind and if I'll get tired I'll be really glad to have you as the co-mod! Thank you so much for that! I am so happy that you are my friend!
